George Hazelden Properties

George Hazelden Properties is an established estate agency which has been operating in Somerset West for the past 28 years. Late George’s wife, Alta, joined him in the business soon after they met and has been actively involved in the business for the past 15 years.

George Hazelden Properties operate from their well situated office in Somerset West Business Park, being the Commercial Section of Heritage Park.

We handle Residential Sales and Rentals as well as Commercial Sales and Rentals and available properties can be viewed under the respective sections.

Heritage Park. The largest challenge George ever took on was the development of Heritage Park in 1996, and needed his wife at his side. The magnitude of such a huge development was indeed a huge challenge and a very difficult one, and very different to what they have done before. They devoted most of their time and effort to fulfill this dream, while many skeptical people said: “George, you are crazy – it can never work”. Well, it did …… and it is a great place to live in !!

We are fully devoted to Heritage Park and Somerset West and reside here ourselves. The remaining two new developments are now almost complete and we are now concentrating more on re-sales.
