THE LATE GEORGE HAZELDEN George was involved in numerous developments over the past 28 years and has become part of the history of Somerset West. Once George had set his mind to doing something, it was always a success. He worked day and night to realise his dreams, and in so doing, also made the purchasers’ dreams come true. George was always willing to go the extra mile - no task was too big for him. Heritage Park would never have been such an overwhelming success were it not for George Hazelden. ALTA HAZELDEN Alta is the late George’s wife. She has been his right hand “man” for many years, handling all the administrative functions and the staff complement, and now runs the entire company herself. Besides the demands of the business, she still finds the time to raise her two sons. If there is anything anyone wants to know about George Hazelden Properties, or anything else for that matter – she is the one to ask!	ALTA HAZELDEN

HESTER STIGLINGH Hester Stiglingh has vast experience in the property industry since 1990 with attending 2 training acadamies obtaining her estate agents board exam in 1991.Her career started in Llandudno the town she lived in and expanded to Hout Bay and Noordhoek areas. She relocated with the company she worked for at the time to Somerset West in 1993 where she was approached to work for leading company in property and especially developments giving her the experience she was looking for to broaden her knowledge. Hester was approached to join as a partner in a real estate company and wanting to work for herself this lead after 5years to going on her own, wherein she obtained experience in managing staff and in running a office dealing in rental portfolio and sales in residential and sectional title while remaining a selling agent. Hester Stiglingh has also remained a member of the institute of Estate Agents of South Africa since 1983 and is currently the secretary for the committee in the Helderberg, Hester has built a name synonymous with honestly, excellent working ethic with clients as well as other estate agents and also her perseverance in a market that over the years has proved not always favourable.
