Somerset West Business Park – the well established commercial section was the first project completed. SWBP consists of two phases. It has direct access from the N2/T2 and has the security to ensure a peaceful a safe environment for clients and staff. Phase 1, consisting of 55 plots, has been a great success. All these plots were sold by one person, the late great George Hazelden, in the late 90’s. |

The Vines – this was the first residential complex to be built in Heritage Park. George Hazelden believed there was a great demand for properties for the First Time Home Buyers. Once again all these properties (140 units) were sold by George Hazelden Properties. The complex has a communal pool and open space and was a great investment for each and every purchaser. |

The Manor – what a challenge! George Hazelden had to sell 60 units out of the 219 units before the developer would allow construction to commence. Fortunately all George’s old clients came running when they heard he was marketing a new retirement village in his dream secure village, which was pet friendly. |

Cape Heritage – A unique complex of 60 plots and a beautiful garden in the centre. This was the first complex which allowed purchasers to build a house of there own choice. George Hazelden Properties originally sold all the plots in this development, and George was also the developer of this complex. Not only did George and Alta believe in this complex but built their own house in Cape Heritage and Alta and the boys are still living in Cape Heritage. |

Somerset Gardens – the second retirement village in Heritage Park on its way. On completion there will be 210 units. |

Heritage Close – another complex of 24 single residential units was built in Heritage Park, George Hazelden sold the land to a friend who also wanted to do a development in Heritage Park. |

Heritage Mews - consists of 36 double storey units developed by the same developer as Heritage Close. George did not only sell one pocket with his great marketing skills, but two. |

Beaulieu – This beautiful 44 unit complex with two and three bedroomed units and magnificent gardens, was developed by one of George’s most respected colleagues. |

Heritage Villas – Walled in 110 single storey face brick units comprising 2 and 3 bedroomed units with single and double enclosed gardens. This complex is located next to the International School and the Baptist Church. |

School – George also wanted a school in Heritage Park. After an article that was published in the UK newspapers, Wilf Stout, founder of the International School, approached George and immediately the school project started. |

Chris Nissan Park – Although George was not the developer of Chris Nissan Park, he was the instigator of the whole project. The public that can remember the squatters that had to be relocated, still can’t believe that George Hazelden managed to achieve a smooth relocation. |

Church – George also sold land to three different churches of which two are in full operation and the third one is almost complete. |
